Just yesterday, I received an email from a customer who had traded off his old coach with an RV Awning Travel Lock installed and got a brand new Winnebago.
The new coach had a Carefree power awning installed. Unfortunately, if came unfurled on this customer's trip home to Florida and caused about $5,000 damage to the nearly-new coach.
Because this awning had been relatively trouble free, there is not a model of RV Awning Travel Lock which fits this awning. But the trouble free era appears to be over; I've heard of many which have failed.
My advice: use your ingenuity to come up with a way to keep that roller tube from turning!
If you happen to lose yours, you'll be sorry you didn't spend a little time thinking about it.
